Delta Innovation Solution Ltd was formed to consolidate the engineering capability Stephane Kagarama Ndaruhutse built over 28 years in the industrial domain — from maintaining 250KW shortwave broadcast transmitters to 8 years as Facility Management Manager overseeing electrical, mechanical, plumbing and construction maintenance.
What started as freelance leadership on individual projects has become a full-service industrial engineering firm — capable of taking a facility from consultation through commissioning without ever handing off to a stranger.

Stephane's technical foundation includes a year of advanced training in 15KV electricity and electronics with Deutsche Welle engineers in Bonn, Germany. That institutional grounding — followed by 18 years maintaining 250KW shortwave broadcast transmitters — shaped an engineering mindset where downtime is not an option.

Stephane leads Delta's engineering direction, drawing on 28 years in the industrial domain — from 18 years maintaining 250KW shortwave broadcast transmitters to 8 years as Facility Management Manager, then as lead electrical engineer, project manager and systems integrator across feed plants, breweries, cold-chain warehouses and grain-storage facilities in Rwanda.
